What is CCEP Baraya Z?
CCEP (Canva Community East Priangan) Baraya Z is an official community platform for creators, teachers, SMEs, and Canva design lovers residing in or interested in the East Priangan region. We focus on collaboration, education, and empowerment through visual design.
Is registering for this community free?
Yes, it is 100% free. CCEP aims purely to share knowledge and expand networking among Canva users without any registration fees.
What is the difference between Salembur and Sabuana member status?
Salembur is the status for members domiciled in the 7 core Plat Z regions (Sumedang, Garut, Tasikmalaya Regency/City, Ciamis, Banjar, Pangandaran). Meanwhile, Sabuana is for members outside those regions who still want to contribute online.
How do I earn points in CCEP?
You can collect points through activities on the platform: Uploading works (2 Pts), Attending Webinars (3 Pts), Registering for Online Classes (5 Pts), and Writing Articles (1 Pts). These points can be redeemed for exclusive merchandise.
Who can access the SME Care feature?
All registered CCEP members can participate. You can submit local SMEs that need free design assistance, or volunteer yourself to create designs for SMEs that have already been submitted.
Can I view other people's work without logging in?
You can view thumbnails of works in the gallery without logging in. However, to see full design details on Canva, save works (bookmark), and leave reviews, you must log in and be registered as a CCEP member.
How do I redeem points for Merchandise?
Open your Dashboard, go to the "Redeem Points" (Reward) menu. If your points meet the requirements, the 'Redeem' button on the merchandise catalog will be active. After redeeming, an Admin will contact you via WhatsApp for the shipping process.
Where can I find the certificates for webinars I attended?
Go to the "My Webinars" menu in your Dashboard. If your status is "Attended" or the event has concluded, the button to download your certificate and presentation materials will automatically appear on the event card.
I have Canva design skills. Can I teach a CCEP class?
Absolutely! We strongly welcome members who want to share their knowledge. Please contact the Admin via the WhatsApp group or send a message through the "Contact Us" menu to register as a Facilitator.
What are the benefits of getting Canva Pro (for those who haven't)?
This community helps its members (especially teachers and students) officially access premium Canva for Education features. For the general public, you can get access to premium assets, templates, and the latest Canva AI features.
